Conditions of Use

TERMS and CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

 

1. All pass holders at Campgaw Mountain must abide by the snow user's responsibility code. Campgaw Mountain reserves the right to withdraw the pass for breach of terms and conditions of sale, illegal use or misconduct on the ski resort.

2. Carry your pass at all times.

3. A lost or stolen pass must be reported immediately. A replacement pass will be issued after an interval of three days. A $20 fee will be charged for all replacement passes.

4. This pass is NOT Transferable. Fraudulent use of your pass will result in confiscation of the pass and prosecution of all parties involved.

5. Passes are subject to a non-refundable $40 processing fee. All refunds are at the absolute discretion of Campgaw Mountain. Apply in writing with supporting documentation.
