Season Passes are not refundable. 

In return for the discounted pass rate paid for the Season Pass, I agree and understand that the pass is not refundable or transferable. 

If you are unable to use the pass due to a medical reason or other acceptable reason, such as deployment, we will transfer the pass to the next season.  A doctor’s note or paperwork documenting the reason will be required. 

Re-selling or allowing another person to use the pass constitutes theft of services. The Season Pass will be revoked and the action dealt with by the authorities.

I agree and understand that my Pass may be canceled without refund, if I abuse my privileges by acts that endanger my life or others.

Campgaw Mountain cannot assume responsibility for snow, weather, and amount of pass use ( no set number of visits is guaranteed), safety or any other conditions affecting the season pass holder or their use of the pass. NO refunds will be given due to weather or lack of use.

In the event of loss or theft of the pass, the pass holder must notify Campgaw Mountain. Replacement is at the discretion of Campgaw Mountain for a fee of $40.00.

Passes will be required to be displayed to lift attendants at all times.

Passes may be revoked without refund by management at anytime for any reason.
